Shipping
We do not ship any products. We are a small, brick and mortar business that primarily serves the Creston, Iowa, area. Customers within a 100-mile radius of Creston may arrange delivery or pickup.
Customers outside our delivery area have hired shipping companies such as UShip, UPS, or FedEx to pick up items from our store. If you are interested in doing that, we can send the weight and box dimensions of the product you would like to purchase. However, if the product is discontinued or unboxed and on the showroom floor, we may not be able to confirm the weight and box dimensions.
Furniture delivery and assembly
Delivery is free!* You can schedule a time with us that works for you. Upon delivery, our team will set up your new furniture at no extra cost. We assemble all furniture in the store first to ensure nothing is damaged and confirm that we have all the necessary parts.
Additionally, our delivery team works hard to deliver your new furniture with care, and they always appreciate tipping for their service.
*There may be a delivery fee if we are delivering outside a 100-mile radius of the Creston area.
Financing and payment
We offer Synchrony, a nine months interest-free payment plan. You can apply in-store or online. Click here to apply for Synchrony online.
Additionally, we work with AVB Complete so that you can buy now and pay over time with special financing. Click here to apply for AVB Complete online.
We also offer layaway. You can place a deposit on items while we hold them, or "lay them away," and you pay the remainder of the price in installments.
We accept payment in cash, card, checks, and Coen's gift cards.
Stock and custom orders
We frequently order furniture for customers that we don't currently have in stock. If you see something you like from any of the brands we carry, we can order it. For more information on custom ordering, visit our Custom Ordering page.
Furniture repairs
We repair furniture from the brands we carry, including La-Z-Boy, Ashley Furniture, and Best Home Furnishings. If your furniture needs repairing, it is best to return to the store you originally purchased your product from, but if you are not able to, we are happy to see if we can help.
If your furniture is older or has been discontinued, we can check if the parts are still available. La-Z-Boy usually still has parts for discontinued furniture that needs repairing, but Ashley Furniture does not.
The cost of furniture repair depends on the manufacturer’s warranty of the product. For example, some manufacturers offer one year of free labor, whereas other companies may not.
